When can apartments be booked?
Apartments can be booked immediately. The booking fee is 5000 Euros. To make a reservation, we will sign a reservation agreement.
Can the layouts and interior finishes be customized?
Yes, early home reservists can make adjustments to the plans if they wish to make their new home exactly like you. Interior finish choices and replacements can be made until the summer of 2026.
